I certify that the information provided in my application is true and complete. I understand that any false statements may result in refusal of employment or termination if already employed. I authorize Hanco Utilities, Inc. and/or HC Directional Drilling to investigate all statements and matters relevant to my employment. I also authorize my previous employers and others with relevant information to provide such information to the Company. I release the Company and any individuals providing information from all claims or liabilities related to these investigations or disclosures.

I agree to undergo a drug test at the Company’s expense, conducted by a designated collector, prior to final acceptance of employment and at intervals as directed by the employer. If required for the position, I also agree to a medical examination by a designated doctor to determine my physical fitness for employment or continued employment.

I understand that, if employed, the Company may bond me at its expense for any amount deemed necessary.

I acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee employment for any specific period. If employed, my employment may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, for any lawful reason. Likewise, I am free to resign at any time.
